The Lake Worth Playhouse is holding a spring break camp where campers learn acting, voice, dance and stage movement through daily activities and rehearsals, which culminates in a full-scale production of The Boy Who Cried Wolf. In addition we will be offering two summer camp sessions, culminating in full-scale productions of Into The Woods, Jr. and Mary Poppins, Jr. Campers will be engaged in studio-style rehearsals for music, dance and production. The 48th Annual Summer ArtCamp will feature Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math.  Campers will enjoy creating fine arts projects in painting, drawing, ceramics, technology and sculpture inspired by the work of exhibited artists. Children will create a dynamic portfolio of multi-media projects, including fired ceramic pieces, each week. Know an aspiring scientist? Loggerhead Marinelife Center’s Junior Marine Biologist Summer Camp gives children ages 6-17 the amazing opportunity to explore Florida’s coastal ecosystems, enjoy hands-on science activities and so much more. Campers will also learn about fun ways to protect our oceans. Sessions include Turtle Adventures, Ocean Adventures, Conservation Kids (6-10) and Field Experiences (14-17).
