The Lake Worth Playhouse will be offering two summer camp sessions, culminating in full-scale productions of Madagascar – A Musical Adventure JR. from June 1-20 and The Enchanted Bookshop Musical from July 6-25. Campers will be engaged in studio-style rehearsals for music, dance and production. Ages 8 – 14; $600 per child. This is our 50th year in providing quality summer fun for ages 6-12! Kids will rotate through 4 different art classrooms each day, spending time in 2D mixed media, sculpture, ceramics, and the gallery for digital animation and character development, where they will be surrounded by 2 and 3 dimensional works created by illustrators, puppeteers and animation engineers! Know an aspiring scientist? Loggerhead Marinelife Center’s Junior Marine Biologist Summer Camp gives children ages 6-17 the amazing opportunity to explore Florida’s coastal ecosystems, enjoy hands-on science activities and so much more. Campers will also learn about fun ways to protect our oceans. Sessions include Sea Turtle Savers, Ocean Adventures, Conservation Kids and Field Experiences.
