At Lisa’s Dance and Exercise, we believe classes should be something kids can’t wait to come to each week! Our experienced instructors help little ones, kids, teens, and adults build confidence, learn proper technique, develop new skills, and discover a love of movement and dance — all in a fun, encouraging environment. We offer Gymnastics, Cheerleading and Karate, along with a huge variety of dance styles including Ballet, Tap, Contemporary, Lyrical, Modern, Hip Hop, Jazz, Acro and Musical Theater. Families love our small class sizes, affordable pricing, clean music and age-appropriate costumes. Students can also take the stage in two recitals each year and we have a competition team.
