Vero Beach

11th Annual Bark in the Park – Riverside Park – Vero Beach – Saturday, January 7, from 10 am – 5 pm.  Over 10,000 dog enthusiasts and their furry companions from all around the Treasure and Space Coast are expected at Riverside Park.

Ft. Pierce

Beers and Gears Car Show – Islamorada Brewery January 7 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM – All cars, trucks, motorcycles and tonka trucks welcome. Prizes for winners! Registration can be done in person. Victoria Leigh will be performing live music outside by cars. Kids & Dogs welcome!

The Hutchinson Island Music Festival –-Tickets $15 – Winter Fest 2023, scheduled for January 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th 2023 at the Indian River front Causeway Cove Marina on Hutchinson Island, Ft Pierce, Florida 34949.  The month’s musical celebration kicks off with a Classic Rockfest on January 7th, Country Music artists performing on January 14th, a Motown Rock & Roll Review on January 21st and Jazz and Blues music on January 28th. All concerts will be from 5pm to 10pm.

The International Food Court will offer a wide range of international food vendors providing ethnic foods including Greek, French, German, Italian, Mexican, American and many other cuisines.

Port. St. Lucie

New Year, New Me 5K, Saturday, January 7, 7:30 AM – Tradition Townsquare Run into the New Year at Tradition Town Square! You definitely want to make this your first race of 2023 with our biggest and most exciting finisher medal yet! CASH PRIZES will be awarded to the top 3 overall Male & Female Runners! Miss Lucie’s Pioneer Day, Saturday, January 14, 11am – 4pm – – Savannas Preserve State Park

Cost of the event is included with your park admission. $3/vehicle up to 8 people, day passes can be purchased online. Visitors will experience living history as they explore how people in Florida lived circa mid-19th century. The event will feature old-fashioned games and cooking, storytelling, pioneer camp demonstrations, arts and crafts, and more! Guided hikes and hayrides will be offered throughout the event. Weather permitting, Savannas Preserve State Park staff will perform a prescribed fire demonstration. Folk music with familiar sing-along songs will be featured. And don’t forget to grab lunch or something sweet from L&R BBQ and Cool Beanz Ice Cream trucks!

Port St. Lucie Seafood Festival – Saturday, January 28, 11am – 7 pm and Sunday, January 29, 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM Single day admission $10, Two Day Advanced Tickets $16. Kids under 12, FREE.   

A two-day outdoor pet-friendly festival with great seafood, arts & crafts vendors, exhibitors & tasty cocktails ​held on the grounds of the MIDFLORIDA Event Center. Enjoy a delicious variety of seafood and tropical drinks while you browse a collection of arts & craft and nautical vendors, exhibitors and artists. Younger children will have loads of fun in the FREE “Little Fins Kids’ Zone” Adults will enjoy the attractions as well as two stages of entertainment.

Jensen Beach

Treasure Coast Childrens Museum Saturday, January 14,  2:00 PM, “Meet the Author Storytime” with author Heather Gale. Ms. Gale will read her books HO’ONANI: HULA WARRIOR and I BELONG: CAN I PLAY? The event is free with paid museum admission.

Sunday, January 15, 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM “Sensory Friendly Day”. It is an exclusive, family-fun day where children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or Sensory Processing Disorder can enjoy an interactive experience at the Museum in a comfortable environment with their needs in mind. 

Friday, January 20th, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The Museum has partnered with Ecto Force Slime Lab. Children ages 6 to 12 can play in the slime lab. It is $20 per child and includes snacks. Space is limited to the first 30 children and registration is required.
